Dear All,
This is our clubs information on the North Island Colgate Games (for
7 to
14-year-olds) . The North
Island Colgate Games are to be held at Mt Smart Stadium,
Auckland over the period 8-10
January 2010. The South Island Colgate Games are one
week later at Timaru.
You are most welcome to enter your children for
these events - provided they are
registered with the club and aged 7 to 14 years as at 31
December 2009. This is
always a well run event and a highly enjoyable
experience. I can highly recommend
it. Palmerston
North athletes have always done well at these games and last year we
were the top club in the North Island for the relays,
medalling in six events.
We will be taking entries for these games next
Tuesday at club. THEREFORE PLEASE
NOTE ENTRIES CLOSE AT THE CLUB TUESDAY 9
NOVEMBER. If you are unable to be there,
please email me and we will ensure your children are
entered.

ENTRY FEES:
$4 per event (4 events per
athlete maximum).
$10 for a programme - this includes all the events,
timetables and entry lists for
each event.

8. METHOD OF ENTRY
Entries must be made on the official entry form -
extra copies can be photocopied
locally if necessary. Completed entry
forms and entry fees must be forwarded through Club
Secretaries, using the 'Club
Return Form'. Club Secretaries
are asked to check the date of birth, and age on each
Entry Form, and sign each form
as correct before forwarding
to the Organising Secretary.
Relay entries must also be on the official entry
form.
