Welcome to the Palmerston North Athletic and Harrier Club (PNAHC) Website!

We are the largest Athletic Club in the Manawatu. We cater for people of all ages from 3 to 60+ years and cover all events including jumps, throws, running, hurdling, and race walking. PNAHC is located at the Manawatu Community Athletics Track (MCAT) and runs all year round. If you love being active and want to surround yourself with like-minded people come and join us! Athletics NZ Online Registration

To become a member of the club for the 2021/2022 season (April 2021 to March 2022), please follow the link below:

Athletics New Zealand Online Registration.

To register online you will need your email address and your Athletics New Zealand log-in password.

If you don't have an Athletics New Zealand password then please contact Darren Gray at the following email for help darren.gray@allanmcneill.co.nz

Please note: Cash or cheque payments are no longer an option. All registrations must be completed online.

Registrations open in April of each year and covers the entire winter Cross Country season (April to September) and the summer Track and Field season (October to March).

Club Uniform

If you are representing the club at any local or regional competitions (such as Ribbon Days and the Central Leagues) you will not be able to compete without a PNAHC singlet or crop top.

The costs are:

$25 for a singlet $42 for a crop top

Here are the training sessions and times for the week:


Monday 13 September: Fartlek, 4pm at the track

Tuesday 14 September: Threshold run, 4pm at Ongley Park

Wednesday 15 September: Skills and drills, 4pm at the track

Thursday 16 September: Interval training, 4pm at the track

Friday 17 September: Fartlek, 4pm at the track

Saturday 18 September: Long reps (distance), speed endurance (sprinters), 10am at the track

Sunday 19th September: Long run (distance), long reps (sprinters), 10am at the track

Remember to sign in on arrival, wear a mask where appropriate and maintain social distancing. If you are unwell, please do not come to training.
